Sales Consultant Chris Huffman was a pleasure to work with. We had a number of requests (such as having the car "flat-bedded" to Homer Skelton Hyundai from the dealer in Mobile, and following up on the one item we wanted that wasn't on the car originally - Wheel Locks). We have mentioned Chris and Homer Skelton Hyundai to several friends including current Azera and Santa Fe owners in the hope that they will contact Chris instead of Wolfchase Hyundai (where we had a somewhat disappointing experience) when they are ready to buy their next car. In summary, Chris was able to accomplish in an hour what Wolfchase Hyundai was unable to do in two weeks.
Please tell us what you liked most about your 2016 Hyundai Genesis
We highly recommend Chris Huffman to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. He went to bat for us with management on every point of contention that we had. He kept us informed during the buying process and has been supportive post-sale. That's rather unusual in the world of sales. We feel like we've been dealing with a friend instead of a "salesman".
Please tell us about your overall purchase experience and finance experience with Homer Skelton Hyundai
We are Honda buyers since 1977 (ten Hondas). Before choosing the Genesis, we test-drove Honda Accord, Mazda6, Subaru Legacy, and Lexus ES350. We found the seats in the Genesis (both front and rear) to be very comfortable and we preferred the clean, stylish look of the Genesis interior to the other makes. The Lexus had a lot of appeal, but one small feature broke the deal - the Blind Spot Warning is only visual and not audible. Old folks like us need all the help we can get. We also preferred the exterior look of the Genesis to any of the others. Also, we were ready for a luxury car with all the safety features and "bells and whistles" that the Genesis has for a reasonable price. If it hadn't been for Chris Huffman's willingness to work with us, we would have been off to check out Acura and Mercedes. One more thing, I have read great reviews of the Genesis in several car magazines. Looking forward to Genesis becoming its own luxury brand.; Reasons: .
