I appreciate the genuine sincerity Chris demonstrated throughout the entire car buying process. I could tell he wasn’t simply trying to sell me a vehicle; he wanted it to be the right vehicle for me and for me to be happy with my purchase. He didn’t rush me to make a decision, and he stopped to answer every single question I had. He made me feel like I was his only customer even though I know he had others in the store at the same time. His ability to transition me to the paper signing process and then be ready to review details of the car were much appreciated. I felt this experience was the best use of my time spent in deciding to buy a car and then the process of the buy that I have ever had. While this is my first Hyundai, I am forever a loyal customer not only for the amazing product, but also for the customer service experience side.
