Chris explained the features of the different trims that I was considering. He also answered questions that helped me to decide between car models. He even looked for and offered to bring in a Venue in my daughter's preferred color.

The overall experience was great. There was no high pressure sales, no bait and switch, just solid customer service. Financing was quick with no pressure to purchase additional warranties once I stated that I was not interested.
